Barry Originals: Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your Barry Originals as much as we do! If your item is faulty, we’ve got your back. We’ll happily exchange it (if stock is available) or refund the cost of the item (excluding postage). Just email us at hello@barrysdrink.com.au with a photo of the item and details about the issue, and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
Picked the wrong size? No stress! If we have your size in stock, drop us a line and we’ll help organise an exchange. Once you've contact us, here’s what you'll do:
- Return the item in its original condition (at your cost).
- Once we’ve confirmed it’s in the same excellent condition it was sent in, we’ll arrange the replacement.
- Please note, postage for the new item is on you.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, and we’re not responsible for parcels lost in transit or damaged on their way back to us.
Important: Refunds aren’t available for purchases made through third-party websites.
